What a wonderful experience. From the minute, I made the phone call to make the appointment to the check-in with Elizabeth and the check in with Kat. I felt so taken care of like the whole office was there for me. I had a list of questions for Dr. Winegardner and she was amazing. I really appreciate the special attention. I felt listen to and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend going to this office for your biote and any other health related issues. She was gentle when injecting the pellets ....thank you to her entire staff.

Dr. Winegardner is so personable and attentive! Her staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and always highly recommend her to friends or anyone who is considering hormone replacement therapy. It is LIFE CHANGING! Highly recommend!

Dr Winegardner has been the answer to my prayers. My suffering from hot flashes and night sweats was making my life unbearable. I wanted to deal with my issues naturally without putting dangerous things in my body. I searched the National Menopause Society website and found her name and she was practically in my back yard. I started bioidentical hormone pellet therapy in November 2021 and my menopause symptoms are gone. I have more energy than ever and joint pain has subsided. You owe it to yourself to schedule a consultation with her to see if she can help you.

Dr. Winegardner and her entire office staff are awesome! Dr. Winegardner is extremely knowledgeable about hormone full review therapy. She listens, is compassionate and caring, and follows up in a timely manner. Her recommendations and interventions have helped me tremendously and I feel so fortunate to have found her. I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience with this practice. The front office staff was friendly and Dr. Winegardner was also very friendly and took great care of me. I recently moved to the area from Colorado and was a little nervous about the transfer, thinking it would be a complicated process. They made the transfer very easy and I’m grateful to have found such a high quality provider for my healthcare needs so close to home.

Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (pellets) has greatly improved my life quality. Menopause was no problem at all. I would never choose to live and grow older without my hormones being balanced!!

I want to thank Dr. Winegardner for her progressive and forward thinking on women's overall health. Every other doctor I went to just wanted to fix the immediate problem, but she tried and succeeded in figuring out my issues. I thought the symptoms I experienced were a part of aging and being post-menopausal and something I would have to live with but the information on BioTe Pellets in her waiting room changed my life. I felt compelled to try hoping it would add to the quality of my life and it did. After so many years of looking after everyone else I decided it as time to invest in me and I'm glad I did! I am on my fourth insertion and I feel like a new woman!

I’ve been seeing Dr Winegardner for about 16 years. My son had to have a physical for wrestling when he was 14. I honestly don’t remember why we ended up there but I knew then this is where my family would start going. It’s a very small practice, one doctor, one nurse, and one receptionist You get one on one personal care that is hard to find these days. I’m very blessed to have found Dr Winegardner many years ago.

Great staff, professional and personable. My family have been patients of Dr. Winegardner since we moved to Huntersville, some 12+ years now. While I strayed and went to a physician closer to my house in Charlotte, I quickly realized that something was missing in the care I was receiving. Not that it wasn't good, it just wasn't the same. In addition to Dr. Winegardner, Deanne, Elizabeth, Vince and Tonya all take the time to get to know your unique needs and concerns. I highly recommend the Family Medicine of Lake Norman practice!

I've ALWAYS liked this office/medical practice/business and the doc from day one. I first met Dr. LW about 10 to 12 yrs ago?? She is thorough, professional, and very comfortable to talk to. I think she is kind of a 'no-nonsense' person, as she takes her work seriously. I remember always telling her how much I wanted to go to college (I'm too old I would whine). She said: 'and if you DONT go, you STILL going to get old'....Well that motivated me. I finally graduated from college in 2014...she didn't know because by then, I had stopped going to her practice. Her manager Vince, who happens to be her husband, (how kool is THAT?) is very knowledgeable about the practice and very helpful in understanding insurance issues or if not, can lead/direct you to the right channels for your answers. I would definitely recommend this practice, although I have not used the facility to address my medical needs in about 3 yrs due to military changes/policies surrounding the 'Affordable Health Care Act'. I could no longer afford to use an outside source for my medical needs. If not for those changes, I would still be seeing Dr. Winegardner.

Great staff, professional and personable. Been a patient with them for 14 years, from Elizabeth at the the front desk to Deanne, Vince, Tonya and Dr W...just great. Wish I could say the same for all my experiences medically. Ever been not only offered coffee at your DR's office, but they made it for you? (Now, that's not part of the practice so don't expect it folks, but it just gives you an idea about the personal touch). Thanks to all of them.

I love Dr. Winegardner and her staff. In this fast pace medicine of today, doctors try to get you in and out as fast as possible and most times haven't he's what the real problem is. Not Dr. Winegardner, she takes time and listens to my concerns, and will ask questions to be sure she is clear if what the problem is. That is hard to find in some if the other practices I've visited.
I have been a patient of Dr. Winegardner for 17 years and I don't plan on changing!

Dr. Winegardner's practice offers first class medical care that is the same or better than the hospital based practices that dominate the Charlotte region. In these days of high deductibles and limited competition, I believe that they are one of the lowest cost family practice in the region. I have experienced others!!! What a delight to know which doctor or nurse practitioner I will be working with. I refuse to be put on an assembly line, waiting in a crowded, screaming office.

Personable, attentive, and competent. . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their approach to patients. They do this with a professionalism that avoids the atmosphere and difficulty making contact so prevalent in corporate medicine today. I recommend this practice and Dr. Linda Winegardner for the care she brings to the practice of family medicine today.

“I have worked with Dr. Linda and her staff for about 15 years. 1. Never a problem with a same day apt if needed or soon after. 2. Monitors meds closely! I find it important that a PCP monitors all meds from other providers to assure unintentional addiction doesn't occur. 3. Being an independent provider, Dr. Linda's care isn't subject to the "car wash" effect. Dr. Linda isn't constrained to 3 minutes of consult with each patient. She sits down, and thoroughly reviews your last progress from last visit and your current complaints. You don't feel like you are being rushed. 4. Her staff has been consistently with her for years. They are always pleasant, efficient, easily access Dr. LInda or Vince (Accts Mgr).”
