We no longer accept insurance for office visits and consultations. 

Labs  WILL BE filed with a patient’s insurance unless the patient has no insurance. 

This business decision will result in patients with large deductibles having a LOWER COST than if we filed with their insurance! 

Uninsured patients will also see a LOWER COST! 

Those with lower out of pocket insurance plans will see a slightly higher cost per visit. You will still be able to use your HSA, FSA, Credit Cards, CareCredit and cash.

We are not a Med Spa!   We are a medical practice that focuses on a man and woman's symptoms and health related to hormonal changes related to aging.   

There is no monthly or annual membership fee for the care we provide you!

Office visit with pellets for women                                         $495* ($28 less than previously collected for service!)

Office visit with pellets for women 65 and over             $460*

Office visit with pellets for men                                                $695*  (This is a reduction of over $100!)        

Office visit without pellets (no HRT prescription)         $150

Office visit for non-pellet HRT (prescription)                   $250***

Lab visit draw (or order)                                                                 $ 50**    

Labs for uninsured**                                                                         $75 to $295

*Female pellets are typically done every 3-4 months.  Male pellets are typically done every 4-6 months.

**Draw fee included in office visit fee as appropriate.   Lab services only will be charged $50.  

***Follow up visit required every 6 months
